About Linda . . .

I am certified in the Nia Technique© and have taught classes in this unique fitness program which blends martial arts, dance and the healing arts. I have been teaching water aerobics classes since 1995 for all fitness levels and have incorporated Nia into these classes. My belief in the body's amazing capacity to guide and heal, lead toward creating joy and health through movement, expression and self-awareness in all my classes.
I also work as a guest teacher in the El Dorado School District, grades K-12, and I have incorporated my passion for movement and expression into my classes and my life. I have also taught a course for women to further self-awareness, develop an attitude of abundance and joy, and attune to the internal wisdom innate in all of us.
I relocated to El Dorado County from Contra Costa County in 2001 and live with my husband. I have 4 grown children and a few delightful grandkids to spice up my life!
